Absolutely recommend, will be using them again when needed! We are selling our house and are supposed to close on it early next week. Another company we had lined up to do mold remediation and other crawlspace work backed out with very short notice. We contacted All in 1 on Wednesday and the work was completed on Friday of the same week! The crew was very nice and the work they completed was great. The entire team was very transparent, communicated well, and was easy to work with. They’re very fair priced as well! We needed to upgrade our guest bathroom by replacing the tub enclosure with a shower enclosure with safety bars as well as installing a pocket door. We also wanted to add safety bars and upgrade the showerhead in our existing master shower. We were new to the area and our realtor recommended Bruce at All in 1 Mold Contractors, LLC. Will Shea provided a detailed estimate breaking down each set of tasks. Even though All in 1 was willing to provide guidance regarding selection of supplies, it was more efficient for us to research and purchase all necessary supplies with All in 1 providing installation. When encountering difficulty in finding a shower enclosure & shower doors to meet our needs, Will referred us to Logan at the Home Depot in Greenfield who was extremely helpful in providing more desirable options. Our All in 1 installation team was Jonathan and Marina who did an excellent job. When encountering unforeseen issues, Jonathan was able to provide solutions that fit our needs. The attached pictures reflect before and after. We highly recommend the All in 1 Mold Contractors for your bathroom remodeling needs.

Do you have warranties available?
We offer lifetime renewable and transferrable warranties on all of our mold remediation services
Is the product you use green or toxic?
It is a GREEN product
Do we charge for inspections & estimates?
We do not, they are free of charge (roofing and electrical inspections there is a fee).
Do we charge extra past a certain amount of mileage or for going outside of the 465 loop ?
We do not.
Do we sub our jobs out?
Everything is managed in house, we always have a supervisor on site.
What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods. We take cash, check, all major credit cards/debit *3% surcharge will be applied*, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle.
Do you offer other services besides mold?
Yes! Of course! Crawl space repairs, roof replacement and repair, remodeling, painting and general construction. We also offer free home inspections (pending your distance/not for roofing inspections).
Are you licensed & insured?
Yes, we are licensed and insured, and certified for roofing, electrical & home inspections.
